lunches that include - soup, main course, salad.

The conference service at Gagarinn Hotel means organizing Drinks & Buffet of any complexity. We will organize an event for any number of persons, from a modest reception for 10 persons up to a large-scale event for 450 participants. The menu is full of appetizers for every taste: canapés, tartlets, fish, meat and cheese plates, main dishes and delicious desserts. Minimum order per person starts from 500 UAH.

Drinks & Buffet

Gagarinn Conference Service will organize a coffee break for you from 10 up to 450 persons. Minimum order starts from 120 UAH per person. Cookies, danishes, cakes, fruit plates, sandwiches, croissants is perfect appetizer during a business conference.

Coffee-break

The brand chief of the Gagarinn Food Hub developed the Banquet menu in the Gagarinn Conference Service. It contains the best restaurant positions, as well as special offers for conference participants. Our Banquet Manager and conference service is a team of professionals able to organize any event on a turnkey basis. The minimum order per person is 1000 UAH, the number of participants is from 30 up to 150.

Gagarinn Conference Service offers business lunches and dinners for 10 up to 150 persons, and catering in the form of a buffet for 50 up to 300 participants, The price for lunch starts from 300 UAH per person, for dinner - from 330 UAH. Any of the offered conference catering services is organized individually, according with customer's preferences. The event should be booked at least in 5 days before the event.
